Privacy Policy

Our services are not directed toward anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when you contact us, create an account, or request access.
• Content you create or upload in the app, such as advertising creatives, media files (images and video), campaign settings, and briefs.
• Information from platforms you connect, such as Meta (Facebook) account and advertising data — see "Connected Platforms" below.
• Usage and analytics data about how you interact with our website and app.
• Device information, such as browser type, operating system, and IP address.
• Cookie data, where applicable.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our services.
• Respond to your inquiries and requests.
• Send transactional and service-related communications.
• Analyze usage to understand and improve performance.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

If you connect a Meta (Facebook) advertising account, we receive and process data from Meta in order to provide our advertising features. This may include your Meta user ID, name, email address, and profile picture; Meta access tokens; and advertising data such as ad account IDs, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative content, audience and targeting configuration, and performance metrics (for example spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROAS).

We use this data only to operate the features you request — for example to display, analyze, optimize, create, and publish ad campaigns on your behalf. We do not sell it or use it for any unrelated purpose. Access tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest and are never shared with our AI providers.

You can disconnect a Meta account at any time, and you can request deletion of the associated data as described in our Data Deletion policy.

Our services use third-party artificial-intelligence providers to power text, image, video, and voice generation and analysis. Depending on the feature you use, we may send prompts, creative briefs, media you upload, and aggregated, non-secret account and performance data to these providers so they can return results. These providers are described, by category, under "Service Providers" below.

Media you upload may include images or footage of people; where it does, that content is processed by the relevant AI provider solely to produce the output you request.

We do not send access tokens, passwords, or app secrets to these providers. They process your content on our behalf to deliver the features you use; data-protection and retention terms vary by provider, and we choose providers and configurations to limit any further use of your content.

We share information with the service providers described below who help us operate our services, and with the advertising platforms you connect (such as Meta) to carry out the actions you request. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We work with third-party service providers that process data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. They fall into the following categories:

• Cloud hosting, storage, and compute infrastructure.
• AI providers that power text, image, video, and voice generation and analysis.
• Authentication and account management.
• Background processing, webhooks, and operational tooling.
• Web research and automation that runs on your instruction.
• Payment processing and billing.
• Analytics, logging, and monitoring.

We keep your account and profile information for as long as your account is active. Connected-platform data, such as Meta advertising data, is retained while the connection is active.

When you disconnect an integration or close your account, we remove the associated data from our active systems within 30 days and purge it from backups within a further 90 days, unless we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are headquartered in the UAE, and our service providers are located in the United States and other regions. As a result, your information is processed across different regions, including the United States. Where required for transfers from the EU, UK, or other regions with data-transfer restrictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@quietcadre.com.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and Virginia residents have additional rights under the VCDPA. We honor these rights where they apply.
